County Sligo, or Rosses Point as it is better known, provides a tough test for the highest quality of player and great fun for modest golfers.

The course is the annual host of the West of Ireland Amateur Open Championship, a tournament previously won by the likes of Shane Lowry, Padraig Harrington and Rory McIlroy.
